Our online sales made on the web are subject to current conditions that prevail over all purchase conditions, except formal and express contravention on our part. Our catalogs are exclusively aimed at merchants and professionals of legal age who act in the field of their professional activity
Prices: The prices that appear in our sales documents are guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors. While you visit our site, we’ll track:
-Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
-Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
-Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
Domain reservation: As long as the corresponding invoice has not been fully paid, the delivered merchandise will remain the property of First Line Cosmetics
Payment conditions: Unless expressly stated in the contract on the invoice itself, payment is understood in USD and without discount. In the event that payment is not made on time, all or part of the merchandise, will be required immediately and fully. When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
-Send you information about your account and order
-Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
-Process payments and prevent fraud
-Set up your account for our store
-Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
-Improve our store offerings

Shipping & Returns
Shipping, Transportation and Packaging:
-Depending on the type of order, shipments may have an additional cost that will be informed in advance to the client, giving them the possibility of canceling the order before proceeding with payment. We also attempt shipments abroad, but the shipping costs must first be consulted.
- Delivery times will be communicated by mail or telephone once the order has been confirmed via web or e-mail, and may vary between 2 and 6 business days, depending on the product, destination and its availability in stock. We remind you to verify the merchandise at the time of delivery. In case of hidden damage inside the package, make a claim within 24 hours after delivery, by contacting First Line Cosmetics. Claims made later will not be valid.
Returns:
You will have 7 business days from receipt of the order to withdraw from it. In this case, you should contact us to proceed with its processing. You must bear in mind that you will have to bear the transport costs generated by your return, if it is due to causes beyond First Line Cosmetics.
Returns will only be accepted by First Line Cosmetics, if the merchandise is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its accessories. The customer must contact First Line Cosmetics by phone to report the return.

Precios: Los precios que figuran en nuestros documentos de venta se hallan garantizados durante la duración de la validez de los mismos, salvo error de impresión.
Reserva de dominio: Mientras no se haya pagado totalmente la factura correspondiente, la mercancía entregada seguirá siendo propiedad de First Line Cosmetics
Condiciones de pago: Salvo indicación expresa en contrato en la propia factura, el pago se entiende al contado y sin descuento. En el caso de que no se efectúe el pago en el vencimiento previsto, de todo o parte de la mercancía, éste será exigido inmediatamente y de pleno derecho.
Envío y devoluciones
Expedición, Transporte y embalaje: - Los envíos dependiendo del tipo de pedido pueden tener un costo adicional que le será informado con antelación al cliente dándole la posibilidad de cancelar el pedido antes de proceder al pago. También atendemos envíos al extranjero, pero previamente deben de consultarse los costes del envío.
- Los plazos de entrega serán comunicados por correo o teléfono una vez se ha confirmado el pedido vía web o e-mail, pudiendo variar entre 2 Y 6 días hábiles, dependiendo del producto, destino y su disponibilidad en almacén. Les recordamos de verificar la mercancía en el momento de la entrega.
en caso de daños ocultos en el interior del paquete, realizar la reclamación dentro del plazo de las 24 Horas siguientes a la entrega, contactando con First Line Cosmetics, No serán válidas las reclamaciones realizadas con posterioridad.
Devoluciones:
Dispondrá de 7 días hábiles desde la recepción del pedido para desistir del mismo. En tal caso, deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros para proceder a su tramitación. Ha de tener en cuenta que usted deberá hacerse cargo de los costos de transporte que genere su devolución, si ésta es debida a causas ajenas a First Line Cosmetics.
devolución sólo será aceptada por First Line Cosmetics, si la mercancía se encuentra en perfecto estado, dentro de su embalaje de origen, con todos sus accesorios y sin haber sido utilizada. El cliente deberá contactar telefónicamente First Line Cosmetics para informar de la devolución.
